01Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your session secure, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and registered devices.
VidLingo AI is an independent translation tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, OpenAI, or other content and AI providers.
02Content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you submit or select. You grant BrickAI the limited permission needed to process that content solely to provide, secure, and support the service.
You must have the right to process the selected content and must follow applicable copyright, privacy, platform, and other laws. Translation does not transfer ownership or create permission to redistribute content.
03Plans, usage, and payments
- Plan allowances, device limits, concurrent-session limits, and token usage are enforced as shown at purchase and in your account.
- Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel renewal through the billing portal.
- Taxes, currency conversion, and provider fees may apply where required. Prices and plan features may change prospectively with reasonable notice.
- Token top-ups are one-time usage credits, are not money or transferable property, and cannot be resold.
04Availability and changes
AI output may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Do not rely on VidLingo AI for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.
BrickAI may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, manage provider availability, or improve the service. BrickAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
05Suspension and termination
BrickAI may limit or suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time.
06Liability and legal rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties, and BrickAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. BrickAI's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Consumer protections and mandatory laws in your country continue to apply.
